Beware of doing any kind of business with this customer. There is nothing you can do to make him happy. Mistakes happen from time to time and an e-commerce company promptly remedied the issue in this customer's favor. However, customer provides negative feedback anyway against the company including adding lies about the company. Even without any loss on this customer's part, unless you are perfect, he is ripe for leaving negative feedback including being non-responsive to any requests at an attempt to improve his experience and modify the feedback.
